New Campus, Triple in Size, Offers Collaborative Workspaces for Thousands
of Silicon Valley Employees

 

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – September 21, 2017  Palo Alto Networks® (NYSE: PANW), the next-generation security company, today announced the grand opening of its new U.S. headquarters in Santa Clara, California. The state-of-the-art LEED Silver facility stretches over 12 acres of land and spans nearly one million square feet, with four buildings welcoming up to 5,000 employees.

Built to fit all of its Bay Area employees “under a single roof,” the new Palo Alto Networks headquarters is sized for the expansion of its workforce, offering ample space to accommodate its plans for aggressive growth. Palo Alto Networks employs more than 4,500 employees worldwide, with nearly 2,000 employees currently based at its Santa Clara headquarters. The new campus was designed to foster a culture of innovation and teamwork among employees in pursuit of achieving the company’s mission to prevent successful cyberattacks and maintain trust in the digital age.

Palo Alto Networks was ranked #1 “best place to work” in the Bay Area by The San Francisco Business Times in 2016, and the new headquarters will allow it to remain an employer of choice while providing for the continued growth of its California workforce.
